Brown University Math Olympiad

The Brown University Math Olympiad (BrUMO) is a mathematics competition that aims to create an inclusive environment for high school students to learn and challenge themselves in math and critical thinking. Backed by the renowned Applied Mathematics department at Brown, our competition is designed to ignite passion for mathematical exploration while honing crucial analytical abilities, welcoming participants from all backgrounds to engage with advanced mathematical concepts in a supportive and engaging environment. Founded in the 2024-2025 school year by a group of Brown University students, BrUMO is in its inaugural year and would love to serve communities of students all across the world.
